Overview of Chippendale, NSW, 2008

We’ve had a great experience working with Kho & Lee. Sophie and the team are very responsive, professional and easy to deal with. Sophie communicates clearly, follows up promptly and is always helpful in addressing any queries. We really appreciate her support in managing the property.

They seem to know their market well and offered sound advice.

I had an excellent experience with Highland Inner West from the beginning of my rental journey through to moving into my new home. The team was consistently professional, responsive, and courteous. They communicated clearly, answered my questions promptly, and guided me through every step of the leasing process, making everything straightforward and stress-free. The inspection, application, lease documentation, and key handover were all well organised and handled efficiently. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine customer care made a positive impression throughout my experience. I truly appreciate the support and assistance provided by the entire team

Elie was communicative and efficient which resulted in a quick turn around in tenants.

They were great! Very helpful and very responsive, very professional. Would recommend.

Jacob Benton provided me with excellent customer service when organising the recent rental of my investment property. He was efficient, professional, friendly and personable, both to me and to the potential leasees who were inspecting the property. After the first inspection on Saturday, Jacob had reference checked the relevant tenants and the deposit was paid on the following Monday. Very prompt service. I look forward to working with Jacob when next I lease this property.

I had a great experience renting out my unit with Raine & Horne Pyrmont. The whole process was straightforward and well managed from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, which made everything stress free and easy to follow. James did a fantastic job throughout. He was friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, always keeping me informed and happy to answer any questions. His knowledge of the market was solid and helped set the right expectations around pricing and timing.

Angie from Highland Inner West is our property manager and so far she and her organisation has been very responsive, helpful and promptly coordinates with the owner for repairs, etc so it has been minimum hassle for the tenants. What I would suggest for the Agency itself is to arrange an induction package custom to the property regarding main appliances, etc e.g. things to note, user manuals, etc so the transition is easier. Currently, the induction package covers urgent repairs, etc. It does not include any info on operation of appliances in the property which could be extremely helpful. Overall, it's been great and I would recommend the Highland Inner West. The app is easy to use and quite helpful as well.
