Was keep fully informed on the progress throughout the process of a tenant exiting the leased premise to a new tenant being signed up. Correspondence and feedback on all the viewings and interested parties was always extremely prompt as were all the reference checks and any follow up maters. Excellent service throughout the entire process both this time and also on all such previous occasions.

We have had a very positive experience dealing with Shahnuma as our property manager. Even though we haven’t worked with her for a very long time, she has consistently shown a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care in the way she handles everything. From the very beginning, she made us feel supported and valued as tenants. During our time renting with Village, Shahnuma was always approachable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Any time we had questions or concerns, she answered our calls and emails promptly and ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also so understanding and easy to communicate with. What stood out the most was her dedication and commitment to providing excellent service. Angie from Highland Inner West is our property manager and so far she and her organisation has been very responsive, helpful and promptly coordinates with the owner for repairs, etc so it has been minimum hassle for the tenants. What I would suggest for the Agency itself is to arrange an induction package custom to the property regarding main appliances, etc e.g. things to note, user manuals, etc so the transition is easier. Currently, the induction package covers urgent repairs, etc. It does not include any info on operation of appliances in the property which could be extremely helpful. Overall, it's been great and I would recommend the Highland Inner West. The app is easy to use and quite helpful as well.
