Agencies in Churchill, VIC, 3842

The rental team have been incredibly helpful in assisting a smooth transition as a new tenant to one of their properties that they manage. The staff are friendly and have been incredibly accommodating with our personal needs as we navigate renting from them. They've been incredibly transparent and thorough in the information they've provided and are open and happy to discuss any queries I might have relating to the property I'm renting. Thank you for making this move so easy for me and my family.

Our Rental property had recently sold and trying to find a new space similar to our current home which met all our needs was proving to be a challenge. We have been searching for 8 months with no luck. When a property we had had our eye on was put back on the rental market, Sharon quickly recognized the space as something that would suit us and made contact to see if we were still interested in the property. From that moment everything just fell into place and Sharon, and the team were amazing, quick and efficient in getting all the paperwork together and within in 48 hours we had secured our new home. Thank you to everyone involved but a special shout out to Sharon for knowing what we needed and making the process so easy. We have been with Wilson's property for over 10 years and have always been very happy with the service they provide.

We’ve been extremely impressed with the service from Wilson’s Property. Having dealt with other agencies in the past, we have had our fair share of poor communication and lost opportunities. Trusting Wilson’s to manage our property has by far been the best decision we’ve made. They have provided exceptional service, prompt communication and attentively listened to and actioned all of our concerns, providing expert wisdom and guidance along the way. Gabby and Sharon are fantastic. From the very beginning, they’ve been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful in managing our property and successfully securing a tenant. Every member of staff we have communicated with has been friendly, professional, helpful and communication is always timely. We’re very grateful for their support and highly recommend Wilson’s Property to anyone looking for reliable and professional property management.

Very helpful in finding a property for us

Communication was extremely good, always letting myself know what was going on. Felt valid with all questions towards the house. Always making sure I understood everything correctly, not just providing me with info then palming me off.
