Nikki initially and then Jayda were thorough. They kept me informed of progress at all times. The standard of the work done was excellent . The entire job was done in a very reasonable time. It was a pleasure dealing with both agents.

We recently bought an investment property in Gungahlin and decided to have the property managed by Nikki and the team at Raine & Horne Gungahlin. We have been very pleased with their service to date. They quickly found an excellent tennant paying an excellent weekly rate for rent (more than what we were expecting). They have also quickly and efficiently resolved a few initial queries that the tenant had after he moved in. Before I rented out my property, for the first time with Hive, I needed a long list of maintenance jobs completed as I lived interstate. Hive was able to have it all sorted and completed, as well as find tenants in a matter of a weeks. All the while checking in with me regularly. We recently signed up with Hive Property Canberra for a rental property. The two property managers who we have dealt with have been attentive, professional and responsive to our questions and needs regarding the property. With some agencies, tenants are often left feeling like they don’t matter, and all focus is directed at the property owner. I can say that this has not been the case with us and Hive Property, as the property managers have been very caring and attentive. We are new to using Hive Property, but our experience has only been positive so far.

Sam is professional and polite, but at the same time, very personable. He made it very easy and stress free for me to find this apartment and has made loving her easy as well. Sam has been wonderful to work with in organising my lease and is excellently communicative; always making sure I'm kept in the loop with what has needed to be done.
