Hayley assisted with many upgrades to the property and saw these through from start to finish with professionalism.

Aimee Buckland (Haiven Property Manager) is very astute, proactive and exceeds our expectations with communication and management of our property. Through the transition of a tenancy, major repair works by the Water Corporation spontaneously occurred completely digging up the properties front yard including driveway. Aimee not only has managed a smooth change in tenants but simultaneously managing the added complications of major repair works to the frontage of our property, ensuring Water Corporation are held to account for required repair works. Throughout this Aimee has displayed strong management, due diligence combined with exceptional communications to us as the property owner.

Working with Kate and Donna Williams has been an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication stood out. They were always attentive to every detail, highly responsive to any questions or concerns, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their deep knowledge of the market and sharp negotiation skills made a real difference, and I always felt confident knowing I had someone truly trustworthy on my side. Thanks to [Name], the entire process was not only successful but also surprisingly stress-free. I couldn’t recommend them more highly — if you’re looking for a real estate manager who truly cares and delivers outstanding results, the team at Haiven property is the one!

From the beginning of the process, I received a lot of support and clear communication, and I was guided through each step along the way. This made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence throughout the process. Daniel’s knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was able to answer my questions confidently and provide all the information I needed. He also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and were able to help me find a property that was genuinely suited for me. Once I was lucky enough to be approved for the property, the Hohm team continued to go above and beyond. They took care of all the details and made the move-in process extremely smooth and straightforward. They connected me with the building managers and provided all the relevant contacts for setting up services such as Wi-Fi and electricity, which made settling in much easier. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making the entire process as seamless as possible. The communication throughout has been exceptional. They are incredibly prompt and responsive, and any questions or requests I have are actioned within the day, if not within a few hours. Overall, I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I'm very grateful for all the support throughout the process and for helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a property, particularly first-time renters who want someone knowledgeable and professional.

Every step of the process has been seamless with a friendly team. I feel confident that they’ll manage and look after my property to the best of their ability!
