Living in another state has meant that I have had to put a lot of faith and trust in the team and they have never let me down. They have always found good tenants, performed routine inspections and communicated regularly on any issues or updates. They have also gone above and beyond to organise replacement items in my furnished unit. I don't know many property managers that would personally go and buy housewares for a rental property. The service they provide is second to none, they are friendly and professional. You won't find better in my opinion.

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!
