I inspected 20 properties and put in applications through various realestates and no response for days inspected one nice appartment listed by Abode put in my application and it was approved by that afternoon my property manager has been a pleasure to deal with also from my experience Abode is a great realestate to go through if you are looking for a rental or looking to rent out your property.

She is professional, responsive, and always handles any issues quickly with a practical, no-fuss approach. She truly takes the stress out of managing my property, and I always feel confident things are being looked after to a high standard. Mitra has been excellent in all communications regarding the maintenance and rental of my property. She always answers any queries I have and follows up on all maintenance issues and keeps me well informed. Mitra has been exceedingly agreeable and helpful to me in regard to all leasing issues.

Our apartment was available for rent for a few months, but for some reason, we didn’t secure a tenant right away.
