Overview of Claremont, WA, 6010

I inspected 20 properties and put in applications through various realestates and no response for days inspected one nice appartment listed by Abode put in my application and it was approved by that afternoon my property manager has been a pleasure to deal with also from my experience Abode is a great realestate to go through if you are looking for a rental or looking to rent out your property.

I’m a current client of Edison McGrath, and my Property Manager, Magdalena, has been fantastic to work with. She is professional, responsive, and always handles any issues quickly with a practical, no-fuss approach. She truly takes the stress out of managing my property, and I always feel confident things are being looked after to a high standard. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received and would recommend Magdalena and Edison McGrath without hesitation.

Edison McGrath were excellent in assisting with renting out my property. Their communication was prompt and professional, and their expertise made the process smooth and comfortable. I would highly recommend their service.

I had an excellent experience working with Dan Yelland-Hunter.He was professional, knowledgeable and always answer my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to lease or rent the property.
