Danny is extremely efficient in communicating with his tenants and always gets back to us promptly with any queries. We haven’t been tenants for very long, but from day one when receiving our tenancy offer, we’ve experienced nothing but clear, quick, and efficient communication and service from Danny. I have also spoken with Alex both over the phone and in person when collecting our keys, and he was equally friendly and efficient with our questions. This is especially refreshing, as in our experience as tenants, it’s rare to encounter property managers who show this level of care and consideration in communication between tenants and homeowners. Greg was fantastic about showing off all aspects of the rental and answering questions about the building, amenities, unit, and even estimated utility costs. He processed my application very quickly and always updates me well in advance regarding inspections. Have had no issues since moving into the rental.
