When the property came up for lease, they were fantastic in sourcing new tenants in a timely manner, making the whole process seamless. Ashley also went above and beyond in supporting additional improvements, including organising the replacement of the clothesline, installing a cover for the air conditioner, and ensuring the outgoing tenants left the property in the appropriate condition. What really stands out is their professionalism and responsiveness. They are always prompt, open to feedback, and willing to accommodate any requests. I find the more experienced staff are more capable. I would like to see younger members of the team receive more mentoring in terms of skills and knowledge so they can better deal with the complexities of property management.
