Brandon is an exceptional and well organised Agent.... I have placed all my trust in him and RW whilst living overseas over the last 10 years.

Moving from another real estate to Ray White Parramatta we are able to compare the services. Ray White as a team has met all our expectations and we would recommend anyone who wish to manage their property. Great help from Zoe and property management from Brandon Tobbagi. Brandon has provided us with timely and professional support with the management and leasing of our rental property. The property report has been excellent with detailed photography providing an complete record of the premises and condition.

Hi team Team find the tenets in a reasonable time Well done

Working with Saiyida as first-time landlords was an absolute game-changer for us. From day one, they demonstrated incredible patience, taking the time to thoroughly answer every single question we had without ever making us feel rushed. Their responsiveness was unmatched—they were always available when we needed guidance, making a process that felt overwhelming at first completely manageable. Above all, their deep market knowledge and high level of professionalism gave us total peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to help us navigate our first investment property, and we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate professional

Manor rented my property fast and tenants were in before I needed.

We had a fantastic experience with Sayida and the Manor Real Estate team. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Sayida was always responsive, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns. Her excellent communication, attention to detail, and genuine care made a real difference. The entire Manor team was efficient and professional, and we truly appreciated their support throughout our rental journey. Highly recommend Sayida and Manor Real Estate to anyone looking for exceptional service and a positive rental experience.

When we first purchased the place, the selling agent praised the house at 700 to 750 per week in rent. However, after meeting Zac from Tracy Roberts (via referral), he advised me that I could get anywhere between 800 to 820 per week. I was sceptical at first until Zac took me through his plan and strategy which made perfect sense. Zac is a professional and friendly agent. He cares about you as a client and is willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. He worked with me on the property and was not pressuring at all. If anything, I should apologise for being a headache! But Zac displayed great qualities and got the result he promised with the rent. Good tenant. Good rent. Happy landlord.

As a first time landlord I was a bit unsure of the process, however Zac was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy! He was transparent and consistent in his communications which put me at ease! I could not recommend Tracy Robert’s Real Estate, and particularly Zac enough!!!

Zac and Angelo have been managing my rental properties, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the start, they've handled everything with professionalism, reliability, and great communication. They found quality tenants quickly and made sure the leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Since then, they’ve stayed on top of everything—rent collection, maintenance, and regular updates—giving me complete peace of mind. I really appreciate how responsive and proactive they are, always making sure both my property and the tenants are well taken care of. From our first conversation, Zac took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They were always prompt in responding to my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed at every stage. If you're looking for trustworthy, hands-on property managers, I highly recommend Zac and Angelo. They treat my property like their own.

Walsh & Sullivan have been my leasing agent for over 15 years. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and clarity in communication. Belinda has been a superior leasing manager. She is always available, keeps me informed and gives advice as required. They make tax time very easy by the simplicity of their rental records. I have no hesitation in giving Walsh & Sullivan my strongest recommendation.

Excellent in communication and service .

We had a great experience and support from Walsh & Sullivan First National - Winston Hills. They make the process of renting our apartment very smoothly, without any inconvenience. So far, great communication and professionalism. Well recommended !

Great experience with Steve from LJ Hooker. He delivered on every expectation and was always open, honest and punctual. We were very happy with the outcome and grateful that he went above and beyond in his service to deliver on our expectations. Highly recommended.

Renting through LJH Greystanes for 16 mths was one of my more pleasant experiences as a tenant in a rental system that has spiralled out of control due to neglect by certain govts and greed that has turned a basic human need, a home, into a cold financial commodity where that need of sanctuary has been increasingly ignored and violated, for a couple of decades now. In stark contrast to my previous LSQH agents, who quite frankly treated me horribly, a long term recommended tenant of previously 10 and 15 year tenancies elsewhere (then just 1 year with them, in a property they neglected then tried to make me liable for pre existing neglect! Then didn't renew the lease), LJH Greystanes were thankfully the opposite...offered a decently maintained place for a reasonable competitive price, showed common sense and flexibility in allowing me to install a couple of temporary removable fitments like higher fence sheets strapped to a low pool style fence/gate, and a portable carport..both of which helped it feel more like a home for me, with the shelter and privacy I needed. Unlike the previous LSQH agents who did 5 site visits in 10 mths, once on a long weekend at 6pm on a Fri night..!??!) LJH Greystanes kept it to just one, allowing me peaceful enjoyment of my home. They weren't greedy in the 1 rent rise in 16mths ($30 rise in a bubble market) , nor petty about minor wear & tear, refunding the full bond, even allowing me to return keys on a Sun when office was closed (slid under door!) They even dropped spare keys around after hours on a Friday when I accidentally lost mine, and happily gave me another spare when another key snapped. I didnt have to live in fear when LJH Greystanes were my tenancy agents, so I recommend them if you are looking for a house to rent. If it hadn't been for 1 or 2 minor billing glitches re water they would be getting a perfect 5. But certainly the closest agent to that in my 26 years of renting. I'm only leaving as I managed to buy my 1st home!

Steven and Amir have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Was able to rent my property in a week from settlement!
