Agencies in Cooks Hill, NSW, 2300

I had a very bad experience with a tenant who ended up abandoning the property with rental arrears, property damage, and rubbish strewn all over the place. Green Street have gone above and beyond to help resolve what has been a nightmare situation. Monique and Jody have organised rubbish removal, cleaning, repairs, maintenance and more - everything required to get the place in a fit state to rent as soon as possible, all while liaising with strata, which at times can be very frustrating and tedious. They have also helped me with my insurance claim to claw back as much money as I can. Their efforts to help sort all of this out have been exceptional.

Warm and welcoming team, going above and beyond to help us out. Excellent communication and streamlined services. I would recommend green street property to anyone :)

Excellent communication, advertising, vetting of prospective tenants and the entire process of renting from one tenant to the next made seamless. Gives us huge confidence in whole heartedly recommending to prospective landlords.
