Having successfully rented out my fully furnished property for many years through Abode, I find 'my' property manager, Jessica Bertocchi to be an excellent, prompt communicator with outstanding market knowledge. She is always very professional yet friendly, reliable and easy to work with, paying great attention to detail. Jessica has always managed to very quickly find the perfect tenants. For this I am most grateful, thank you Jessica! I also value the fact that she is so prompt and helpful in dealing with any arising issues , both from my side as a landlord and also from tenants - she also has many great contacts with trades people and can normally, very quickly, send someone to the property to deal with any problems . I can thoroughly recommend Jessica and the team at Abode for any dealings in the real estate market.

The property manager who leased me my rental has been very prompt and helpful with emailing. They even went the extra mile and measured up the fridge space for me as I forgot to check my fridge would fit!

Excellent communication, great marketing and very professional.

Nicole was great to work with. She was quick to respond to my queries. She was very approachable and made our experience stress free. We would highly recommend Realty Plus to anyone.

Realty plus so far has been great to deal with. They’ve always answered my calls and emails when needed. Have been lovely to talk with and have been a lot of help with sorting a rental property.

My husband and I have interacted with Tracy when viewing properties to buy and Nicole as a property manager as tenants. Both women are kind, professional and honest. As a property manager Nicole has excellent communication, time management and is fully transparent. Nicole has gone out of her way to ensure we have everything we need, and even checked in to make sure we were settled.

Helped me with the after process of the application approval. In constant communication to get things sorted.

Excellent communicator and always prompt response. Vivid understand my concerns and property needs very well. Always give me guidance and support and clear directions regarding the transition of my property from old to new tenant recently. The desired outcome turned out to be a thankful and delightful experience for me and indeed far exceeded my expectations. Every phase of the re-tenanting process was so well-planned, organized, managed and executed and was smoothly, seamlessly and swiftly accomplished within quite a short time. I was even updated and comprised of any pertinent information daily. My sincere appreciation to Niki, Michele, Jasmine and the entire leasing team for their sedulous efforts and time to make this transition a success. Kudos and my hearty thanks go to Vivid Property Perth! Margaret
