Good communicator

Communicates well and maintains consistent transperancy when there's an issue or update on any maintenance work with my investment property. Dealt smoothly with old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in. Swift review of new applicants and selected good candidates which I am satisfied with. Takes care of my invesment property very well with good reporting on each house inspections. Overall very happy with the quality, effort, and care Vivid property put onto my property.
