Skrealtors employees are professional and quick to react. I hope they can act in a more realistic way when tenants ask for things that are non-sense.

Jess was very professional from the very start when I contacted her to lease my property. She understands the market well and kept communication always open. She provided feedback after every open home which was very transparent and was able to secure a good rental. I would highly recommend her for her transparency, experience and communication skills. Thanks a lot Jess!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sabin Thapa to rent out my investment property, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Sabin demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a successful rental process. Sabin took the time to thoroughly understand my property and my rental goals. Provided a detailed market analysis, helping me set a competitive yet fair rental price. Sabin's knowledge of the local market was evident, and the pricing strategy resulted in multiple high-quality applicants. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. Sabin kept me updated with regular progress reports, promptly answered my questions, and was always available to address any concerns. This level of responsiveness and transparency was greatly appreciated and made the process stress-free. Sabin is an outstanding real estate agent who combines market expertise, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to his clients. Thanks to his hard work and dedication.
