Agencies in Cremorne, NSW, 2090

Village Property have managed the lease of my unit for over seven years. Throughout that time, I have been very happy with their service. They have always been prompt, professional and responsive, making the entire property leasing process stress-free. Their marketing consistently achieves great results, with minimal time between tenants and their communication has always been excellent. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable property management team.

The Team at Village have been nothing but exceptional. From finding tenants quickly, attention to repairs, replacing carpet - EVERYTHING done efficiently and with fuss.

Very professional and great communication throughout the leasing of my property. Highly recommended.

We were so impressed with our experience with this property manager Daniel Moddel and cannot recommend him and his agency enough. What stood out to us was that Daniel wasn’t just processing an application, he seemed genuinely concerned about finding the right tenants for his landlord. He took the responsibility seriously and wanted to make sure the right person was selected rather than simply choosing an applicant to move in. That was a real credit to him and showed the level of care and professionalism he brings to his work. The landlord is incredibly fortunate to have chosen an agent like him. For us as potential tenants having dealt with other agents we really respected the difference. He made himself available to talk things through, he always returned all our calls and we never felt rushed or a nuisance. We are genuinely grateful for his help in helping us through this process. He is a person with integrity and extreme patience. What a credit to him.

PRD Perez Real Estate Maroubra are great! I have leased my property through them for several years now and I speak from experience; they are proactive, knowledgeable and complete requests with ease and speed. Over the years, I have secured exceptional tenants through PRD, they have a high level of professionalism and are very thorough with all inspections and all property management. I would highly recommend PRD to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive and genuinely caring property management team.

Performed duties to expectations and worked closely with me throughout the entire process.
