Agencies in Crestwood, NSW, 2620

An exceptional communicator with a deep understanding of tenants’ needs. Professional, approachable, and always responsive, making the rental experience smooth and stress-free.

I have recently purchased an investment property in Crestwood. As I’m based in Sydney and work full time? Weekends were my only real option to view potential properties. Steve in Sales was extremely flexible with his time and even met me on a Sunday to view a property that I eventually purchased. His aftersales service was also excellent and far exceeded my expectations. I undertook a minor renovation and Steve was a wealth of knowledge regarding local trades people. He put me in touch with Carpet layers,Painters and plumbers. These too were great people to deal with. As a result of Steves efforts I’ve entrusted the property management with Macnees as well. I’m looking forward to working with them and experiencing the same level of service that Steve has bestowed upon me Thanks again Steve it was a pleasure dealing with you

We are extremely satisfied with our overall experience and would gladly recommend it to others. From the initial consultation to signing the lease, the entire process was handle with care and efficiency, and was thoroughly tailored to our specific circumstances.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

Ruth loves Adaminaby and the surrounding snowies and it shows in her business, life, friends. She is a fabulous agent who also cares for her tenants and their impressions.

unfortunately we ave been unable to complete the ownership docs but hope too shortly and proceed to rental agreement.

Alex Piatrova Is my current agent and I can not rate her highly enough! She is responsive, respectful and beyond capable in her capacity as my agent. Thanks Alex for all your hard work and I look forward to continuing to work with you!
