We are interstate owners entrusting Raywhite Cottesloe to manage the rental of our previous home in WA . We are very pleased with the services of India-Rose and Amanda. They both stepped in when our rental manager resigned just before our property needed reletting. India - Rose set up a WhatsApp Chat so that we were always kept up to date with the viewing times , responses, applications etc. They were very resourceful and proactive in the letting campaign which have all paid off . The Exceed property management team work well as a team. Starting from prepping the house prior to entering the rental market to finally signing up the tenants was relatively smooth. They communicated well throughout the entire process. If one agent was away another handled the situation excellently obviously with good handover having been performed amongst the staff.
