I dealt with Delilah Palmer at Yard Property on behalf of the owner throughout the lease of our property, and I was very happy with the experience from start to finish. Delilah was responsive and easy to reach, and she kept us updated at each stage of the process. Questions were answered promptly and clearly, so there was never any need to chase for information. She was organised and on top of the detail, which made the whole process feel smooth and well managed. She was professional and courteous in every interaction, and she was also pleasant to work with. What stood out most was her reliability. When she said she would do something, it was done, and we could trust that our interests as the property owner were being looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend Delilah to other property owners looking for an agent who communicates well, knows the market and delivers a professional result.

Delilah at Yard Property exceeded all expectations with organising a small property renovation ready for the next tenant in a short timeframe. A pleasure to deal with.

Delilah recently helped find us new tenants and also helped us with arranging a renovation. Delilah was very organised, responsive and did everything she could to make the process run smoothly. I felt very comfortable knowing that she had it organised and it took the stress away from the experience. We are very grateful to her.

I've had an excellent experience with C&CO Real Estate managing my rental property from overseas. Pia and Kyla have been outstanding property managers - their communication is prompt and clear, they keep me regularly updated on everything, and they handle issues efficiently without me needing to chase them for information. What stands out most is how easy they've made the entire process - managing a property from abroad can be stressful, but they've made it straightforward and hassle-free. They are friendly, responsive, and clearly know what they're doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend C&CO Real Estate, particularly if you're looking for property managers who combine professionalism with genuine approachability.

From our first meeting with Pia we were were put at ease that she would lease our home like it was her own. Pia’s communication is efficient and easy to understand, drama free dealings with personality. The use of modern software makes everything so easy, when it comes comes to paperwork.

All experiences and services through C&Co have been wonderful. They are prompt and professional. My property manager Pia is incredible, she gave me all of the information relating to the process of renting out my house, has clear communication, and takes on each request or question with positivity.

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.
