Teneille and the team have been a blessing to deal with, after a challenging start with a market dip, they secured great tenants and been very transparent along the way. Zoe is exceptionally thorough with her reports and rental inspections - everything is documented and captured. All in all a stress free experience for the 12 months ive been using PN.

Teneille and the team have been with us on our property investment journey for a long time. They have deep market knowledge of our local area and our property is generally leased within a very short time with good rent. They are also looking after our property and provide great advice in maintenance issues. We are very happy with the Property North team and they will remain a key partner to achieving our property investment goals.

We felt Property North handled the transition to ownership from the builder with easy due to the accessible and helpful staff. The discussions around key areas of marketing and market knowledge were well explained and we had no resistance with adding our input to achieve the best outcome and realize our investment.

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.

Thank you very much to Jordie and Bailey, both of you have been awesome with replying to emails and the detail that has gone into pictures/descriptions being sent through when my latest tenant has exited is outstanding.

A helpful team that was good to deal with remotely. Thanks guys

I have dealt with Ross Realty for many years for, both property management and sales and cannot fault the service I have received. The staff are excellent, very professional and personable in all dealings.
