Agencies in Kingsley, WA, 6026

I was very impressed with Remax who is the agents for our new rental. Their communication is excellent and attention to detail regarding the property report was impeccable. Every spot/line/imperfection were photographed, which made my part of the inspection easy. Everything we needed was in our folder ready to go with key pick up.

Excellent service throughout the lease break process. My leasing agent (Mellissa) managed to secure a new tenant quickly, conducted all inspections thoroughly and to the expected high standard, and maintained good communication throughout. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Very responsive and transparent. I would highly rate the whole team

Had good discussions with Sue and Nathasha regarding Tennant. Any issue is clearly communicated and resolved quickly.

Having no idea where to start with renting my homemade out I was pleased to have Avenue One assisting me from the get go. They were excellent with their communication, knowledge of the area and how best to get things moving on renting out the property. Their patience with my delays was paramount to the ease of my move and the subsequent lightning fast success in finding the right tenant for the property. Thanks a million!
