We have 3 properties that RWM manage for us. They have always been on top of everything. In particular, Brodie H is awesome at managing our properties. She is an excellent communicator and problem solver.

She has been absolutely fantastic — proactive, highly responsive, and always on top of things. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently gets things done efficiently. What really stands out is her ability to anticipate potential issues and address them before they become problems. Brodie has restored my confidence in the agency, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication she brings to her role. Highly recommended.

Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.
