We recently bought an investment property in Gungahlin and decided to have the property managed by Nikki and the team at Raine & Horne Gungahlin. We have been very pleased with their service to date. They quickly found an excellent tennant paying an excellent weekly rate for rent (more than what we were expecting). They have also quickly and efficiently resolved a few initial queries that the tenant had after he moved in. She had great informative market knowledge and kept me up to date with the whole process - from getting the property ready, putting it up for rent, getting an excellent return and now rented to a good prospective tenant.
