I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

They have been proactive in helping us managing the property, planning in advance and getting things or options ready for us to consider and action on. They are also responsive and reliable. Whenever there were issues raised by us or the tenants, the team jumped on quickly and addressed the issues. I also really like a service they provided every year that I never asked for. At the beginning of every financial year (usually on 1st July), they sent us a summary of last financial year activity summary which made our lives so much easier when doing tax return.
