Lance really knows his stuff, listens to what you need and delivers without issues.
As first home buyers, Lance was amazing to deal with. After initially talking with a broker that didn't listen to what we needed, we spoke with Lance and immediately he actually listened to our financial position and what we were wanting. He quickly went out and found the right solution and delivered exactly what we wanted. The process was fast and smooth, everything went as he planned and was approved and processed without delays.
