Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

The service couldn't have been better! Communication was the key, and every request was met in a timely manner and so politely. They also found a tenant quick smart - which met all the standards I would expect from a quality property manager.
