The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

Tracey is amazing at what she does, I’m confident my house is always in safe hands. 10/10

Was very responsive to my needs and very helpful with respect to what the property offered and honest in its minor issues. Absolutely professional and a pleasure to deal with at a stressful time.
