I live in Sydney while my property is in Alkimos, WA, so having a reliable and trustworthy team on the ground is extremely important to me. It has now been a year since Amie and the team have been managing my property, and they have been absolutely superb throughout. The regular communication and updates have been fantastic. I never feel like I need to chase anything, as they proactively keep me informed and manage communications with suppliers, trades, developers and other parties on my behalf. Being interstate, this gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing the property is being looked after properly. I genuinely feel that Amie and Tracy treat my property as if it were their own.
