We found Kelly & the team at Innov8 Property very friendly with great communication throughout the whole process of leasing a property. A couple of days after we moved in Kelly called to check to make sure the move went well which was something we have never experienced before with other agencies as tenants, which was really nice. Highly recommend the Team at Innov8!

I cannot fault Byndi and the team at Innov8. From the very first interaction at the inspection, to collection of keys. To meatly 2 years of being at the rental, my experience was amazing! Poor communication from staff and between staff

Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team

Awesome to deal with - highly recommended

We had our property managed by another agency that kept letting us down. We then changed to Affinity and wished we did so from the beginning. Affinity would have saved us $1000's. We have mainly dealt with Jodie, Luanne and Kyle who have been amazing. Highly recommended. Save yourself time, stress and money. Get these guys to manage your property.
