I was in a very difficult situation where I had to find a place that met a specific requirement. Inspecting more than 100 houses within four months was not easy. When I found a few houses that met my specific requirements, the applications were rejected which was stressful. Meeting Erin and the team who has genuine compassion, patience and professionalism is a gem and a blessing for the community.

I was informed that my tenants were leaving in December which is not an easy month to find tenants. However, Erin and Andrew managed to find quality tenants who move in before Christmas (Literally 0 vacancy day).
