Agencies in Emerton, NSW, 2770

When we first purchased the place, the selling agent praised the house at 700 to 750 per week in rent. However, after meeting Zac from Tracy Roberts (via referral), he advised me that I could get anywhere between 800 to 820 per week. I was sceptical at first until Zac took me through his plan and strategy which made perfect sense. Zac is a professional and friendly agent. He cares about you as a client and is willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. He worked with me on the property and was not pressuring at all. If anything, I should apologise for being a headache! But Zac displayed great qualities and got the result he promised with the rent. Good tenant. Good rent. Happy landlord.

As a first time landlord I was a bit unsure of the process, however Zac was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process so easy! He was transparent and consistent in his communications which put me at ease! I could not recommend Tracy Robert’s Real Estate, and particularly Zac enough!!!

Zac and Angelo have been managing my rental properties, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the start, they've handled everything with professionalism, reliability, and great communication. They found quality tenants quickly and made sure the leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Since then, they’ve stayed on top of everything—rent collection, maintenance, and regular updates—giving me complete peace of mind. I really appreciate how responsive and proactive they are, always making sure both my property and the tenants are well taken care of. From our first conversation, Zac took the time to understand my needs and preferences. They were always prompt in responding to my questions and made sure I felt confident and informed at every stage. If you're looking for trustworthy, hands-on property managers, I highly recommend Zac and Angelo. They treat my property like their own.

Wendy has been really helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. She took the initiative in sorting out the tenant’s departure and following up on everything afterwards, including the insurance claim and repairs. I really appreciate her help in keeping things moving and making sure everything was followed up. Would definitely recommend her to other landlords!

R & W Rooty Hill provided the excellence service to let my house in Doonside

The process of signing up for the lease and arranging specific payment terms was seamless and the team was well mannered, pleasant to talk to and considering of my circumstances with a pregnant wife and trying to single handedly move places.
