Having commenced her career on reception, Melissa has been involved in many facets of property management and now utilises her skills as head of the accounts department. Taking each day in her stride, nothing is too much for her. She is often seen working late to ensure all the finer details are taken care of and is also seen as a member of staff who can be heavily relied upon. Liaising with clients on a daily basis, Melissa seeks out to provide them all with exceptional service. With great attention to detail, Melissa processes owner and creditor payments at both mid and month’s end and assures all aspects of her role are attended to with the utmost professionalism. Overseeing the department alongside Shayne, Melissa is always on hand to assist other staff and advise them of the best course of action to take. Focused on building a career in real estate Melissa has rapidly become a valued member of the team.

Great experience with R&W
