Overview of Evandale, TAS, 7212

Down to earth and relatable agents with great communication skills. Very organised and prompt. They are a fantastic blend of professionalism and authenticity.

Having arrived in Tasmania from New Zealand just three weeks ago, I quickly discovered how challenging the rental process can be without established local identification. Requirements such as a TFN, Medicare, and an Australian driver’s licence are all interconnected and take time to obtain - creating a difficult situation for new arrivals. Taylah at Harcourts stood out immediately through her empathetic and proactive communication style. She took the time to truly understand our circumstances and kept us informed every step of the way, always responding promptly and with genuine care. Her knowledge of the local rental market in Evandale and surrounding areas was evident, guiding us toward options that genuinely suited our family rather than just what was available. What impressed me most was her willingness to go above and beyond - working through the usual barriers and advocating on our behalf to secure not just any rental, but the right home for our needs. Taylah’s professionalism and dedication made a real difference during what could have been an overwhelming experience. Thanks to her efforts, I can now confidently bring my wife, baby daughter, and teenage son over to begin our new life in Tasmania. We are incredibly grateful to Taylah and the Harcourts team - her support has meant far more to us than she may ever realise.

Bushby property group have managed my property for quite a few years now and have done a wonderful job. Specially more recently in helping me find a tenant and worked very hard to bring my property back up to scratch, which then made it easier to find the tenant. Special mention to Trindy hogan who assisted me through all of this and made my job as the owner a lot easier considering i live interstate. Thank you Trindy and all the bushby team.

Bushby's have managed our property for more than 5 years now and to date we have not had any issues. They are a professional, friendly team, always keeping us informed and all paperwork coming through to us promptly. We would recommend them highly to all!

Bushby's have been my local agent for 8 years and it's been basically hassle free. Efficient, on the ball, knowledgeable, know their area well and always happy to chat if anything comes up. very happy with their service.
