Laura was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating to conduct an inspection only 4 hours after our property was advertised which resulted in an application being received that day. Renee's many years of property management experience were evident with the ease in-which she liaised between us and our new tenant. We could not have asked for a better outcome!

Samantha has been a joy to work with. Firstly, Sam is very prompt and it became clear immediately that she has an enormous understanding of the Southern Highlands rental market and also the ever changing rules and regs of the rental world. As first time investors, I felt extremely comfortable with Sam's advice and useful trade contacts. We were fortunate to have a quick leasing period with multiple tenant options put forward but even before we were advertised online, Sam was able to introduce the property to 3 or 4 potential candidates in the area that she had a existing relationship with - which I was very impressed by. Sam's service has been impeccable but she truly outdid herself when my 5 year old son, left his sleep toy in the property just before being rented out. Sam not only returned the toy personally to us (in Sydney) but also wrote a beautiful short story with pictures of "Monkey's" adventures in the Highlands. 10/10 doesn't cover it. Can't recommend Samantha enough. Thank you for all your professional advice and for being an exceptionally lovely human.

We've had a great experience with the property management team at Ray White Bowral. They have been very efficient and helpful, even in a prolonged period where the property was untenanted while undergoing repairs from flooding and there was no management fee flowing through.

Very happy with our experience with Ray White Bowral. Communication and action when moving in was very quick as well as prompt responses to queries/concerns since we have moved in. Really lovely people and feel like we are in good hands with our agents - very professional and thorough.
