Highlands Property

Danielle is the Director of Highlands Property, Licensee in charge and Financial Controller. She is a licensed real estate agent including her stock & station qualification. Her experience in real estate in the local area began as a property officer with Bowral Property Group. Danielle has been with Highlands Property since 2006. Her knowledge and understanding of property management procedures, diligence and attention to detail are key as she works through every rental transaction and landlord disbursement to ensure the financial records of tenants and landlords are always accurate. Her hobbies include playing soccer, and relaxing with yoga. She has two children who keep her busy and entertained!

Laura is a Licenced Real Estate Agent and after four years in property management administration at Highlands Property, Laura made the move to Business Development Manager. Originally from the Highlands, Laura moved to Brisbane for 12 years. She returned to the area with her husband and two young children to be closer to family. Laura has worked in business administration and customer service roles in industries such as Self-Managed Super, Marine, and Hospitality. Outside of work Laura is a volunteer Girl Guide Leader, Treasurer for her son’s Scout Group, Vice Chair and Media for the local Girl Guide Campsite likes Geocaching, and spending time in the great outdoors with her family Laura has worked in business administration and customer service roles in industries such as Self-Managed Super, Marine, and Hospitality. She is enjoying working in a team at Highlands Property and providing support to the Senior Portfolio Managers. Outside of work Laura is a volunteer Girl Guide Leader, likes Geocaching, and spending time in the great outdoors with her family.

Natasha is a Senior Portfolio Manager, a licensed real estate agent and an auctioneer. She grew up in the Southern Highlands where she worked in real estate for five years before making the move to Sydney's eastern suburbs. In Sydney, Natasha joined NG Farah Real Estate in Coogee in 2003. In over 16 years she built a strong reputation in the Eastern Suburbs managing a large portfolio of residential properties.

Linda is a Senior Portfolio Manager, covering the Southern Highlands. She is a licensed real estate agent. Born in Bowral, Linda was raised in Wollondilly growing up on a working farm. After the HSC, Linda worked for a strata management firm in Sydney, before working at Purnell Property Group in Tahmoor for 10 years. Linda joined Highlands Property in 2008 and is now focusing on residential property management and new business in the Southern Highlands. Linda's hobby is bush walking in the National Parks in the local area. She has a Diploma of Nutritional Counselling and a weakness for chocolate and loves to travel.

Melody has grown up in the Southern Highlands from a young age. She finished her schooling at Saint Pauls International College in 2014 and worked locally as Dental Nurse while also continuing her studies with St John’s Ambulance to help as an Event Medic Support. Melody joined the world of Real Estate in 2021 and is currently undertaking her Certificate IV of Property Services. When Melody isn’t at work she enjoys live music and spending time with her family.

Jessica works 4 days a week as a Property Manager. Previously she worked for CIPS before moving into residential property management. Jessica has a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate. Her previous experience includes working in the insurance industry for five years. She was as a Life Insurance Claims Officer for TWU Super, handling a portfolio of claims from initial contact to finalisation. Jessica and her husband moved from Sydney to the Highlands in 2013 to raise their young children. Jessica is passionate about real estate. She has been the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, builder and one day hopes to be a developer. Her other passion is travel. She spent a month volunteering at Inti Wara Yassi in the Bolivian Amazon jungle caring for wild animals
