10/10 would reccomend

From inspection to signing the lease everything was so smooth, the Agent and all the staff are so friendly and professional. Happy you’re my agent.

Hands down the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Rhett was exceptional and most professional in every aspect of his interactions with me. He was extremely pro-active in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I called him of an afternoon and to my surprise he offered to meet me at the address that evening which was just too quick for me to accommodate. We met the at the address the next morning (he offered to grab me a coffee) and by that afternoon he was back taking photographs of the property after helping me undertake a last minute clean up. My property was listed for lease by that evening. WOW! A genuine and MOST informed managing agent. Hats off also to the rest of the team (Julie and Dariya who I have so far dealt with).

Responsive and Professional

Yash and Alex were fantastic throughout the rental process. They were professional, patient, and always quick to respond to my emails and follow-ups. They were flexible with the key handover, promptly made the requested updates to the agreement before signing, and went the extra mile to check and confirm few details in the apartment for me. They also helped me to sort out the issues in finalizing the utilities connection. Really appreciate their excellent service and support. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Alex and Yash for their outstanding service and professionalism. They went above and beyond to work towards securing the desired rental property for my client within a very tight timeframe. Their efficiency, dedication and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and stree free. I truly appreciate their hard work and commitment to achieving such a great outcome. Thank you for a fantastic job!
