Clare is an Asset Manager. Over the past three years, she has gained extensive experience in residential property management, where she successfully managed a portfolio of residential properties. As a residential property manager, she was responsible for a wide range of tasks, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, property maintenance, vendor management, and financial reporting. She developed strong communication skills that helped her to build positive relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors, and to manage conflicts and disputes effectively. Clare wanted to broaden my horizons and explore new opportunities, which led her to transition into being a commercial asset manager. Over the past year, she has gained a wealth of experience in managing retail, office, and industrial properties.
