She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.

The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

Professionals ProWest were our real estate agents for three years while we rented in Applecross. My wife and I found all staff that conducted inspections, helped with apartment break downs and emergency situations to always be helpful, timely and returned phone calls if no staff were available. Other than auto reminders for one day maybe two days late rent (usually when financial year ended and sometimes my fault) or several inaccurate auto-texts about rent due that had been paid (maybe the AI code is a little unstable running on AEST), we found the staff and company to be very professional, diligent and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Moving interstate is already a tough job but Prowest have made it easy for me and my family to secure a rental property before we arrive!
