The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. If you would like an area to improve in, Contractor reliability has been poor with many giving very short notice, others not attending when booked through the agent and not following up (gutter guard installation).
