As a long term landlord with a long term tenant in place who was not at all digitally savvy, I signed up with ChristieRoberts Real Estate a few years ago after trying several other property management agencies - and wish I had changed over sooner. The documentation I regularly received from Christie Roberts Real Estate (eg. rental income statements and inspection reports) have always been clear and accurate and the maintenance and trades persons engaged on my behalf have done some really good work. After deciding to sell my property in Smithfield Plains, I asked Tania for the real estate sales agents that she recommended (NOTE: Christie Roberts are a dedicated property management agency only) and I was impressed with the agents Tania had referred to me. Happily, my long term tenant found alternate housing and I have found a great agent through Tania.
