Extremely impressed with Sophie so far always courteous and pleasant to deal with promt in her communication and response. We are renting out our dream home for one year that we built as owner builders 12 years ago, the house is high end and fully furnished, so we have quite an attachment to the property, so, understandably we are a little nervous about the prospect of another family moving into our beautiful home. Sophie has been very thorough with assessing prospective tenants and we are happy to go with her recommendation and gut feeling. Sophie was realistic with her appraisalof our home, a couple of other agents came in with much higher potential rents but we thought they were unrealistic appraisals obviously to get us to sign but we saw through them.
