Acton Applecross have been managing our investment properties for years. They are very reliable and when there are issues with the property or the tenants, which is when the value of property managers really come through, our property manager (Leslie) has always been able to solve the matter quickly and with almost no need for us to be involved as we are overseas. We've also never had issues with renting out property regardless of market condition as we have followed their advice based on their experience and knowledge of the areas where our properties are.
