Amanda Kelly has a good insight of the market , gave useful inputs on the furnitures and white goods, and is very professional to deal with. She did a great job in vetting the rental applications - that I really appreciate. Her rental numbers were spot on, I was bit pessimistic about an unfurnished 1 bed apartment delivering value, but everything was smooth and the apartment was leased within couple of weeks.

He effectively communicated each step of the application with an outstanding professional approach. If you want a professional agent to manage your property look Joshua up. I have rated him 5 stars.
