Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.

The team at My Logan Realty has continuously impressed me. They have been managing a few of my properties lately.
