Amazing from the outset. We changed managing agents two years back and now have an agent is proactive and provides regular updates. Even with the loss of a tenant, the effort to remedy and place someone leading up to the xmas period has been above and beyond expectations with a tenant locked in for the new year. Excellent customer service - Allan in Admin. Took time to explain requirements to novice tenants. We have not rented in over 20 years so a-lot has changed. His friendly/ respectful phone manner and replies to concerns forwarded via email - prompt with clear instructions.
