Alex was extremely professional in keeping me informed throughout the process of finding a new tenant for my property. Having trusted LJ Hooker to manage my property for more than 15 years, this was my first time working with Alex, and I was very impressed. Alex demonstrated excellent knowledge of the rental market and kept me updated every step of the way. Her ability to secure a suitable replacement tenant was handled efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated her clear communication, expertise, and commitment to achieving a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated property manager.

I engaged LJ Hooker Ashfield to manage my investment property and was very pleased with their service. The team - Adrian Abrook, Marc Crisafulli, Tracy Cheng, and Matthew Elazzi - are professional, approachable, and always responsive to queries. Adrian was excellent throughout the sales process, providing timely information and valuable insights that helped us confidently make our purchase decision and execute the transaction. Marc provided outstanding support by clearly briefing us on the leasing process, organising and coordinating property enhancement works, sourcing reliable tradespeople, and ensuring the work was carried out diligently. Tracy and Matthew handled the leasing process efficiently and were able to secure a tenant within a relatively short timeframe. Overall, a reliable and well-organised team that I would strongly recommend.

Amazing from the outset. We changed managing agents two years back and now have an agent is proactive and provides regular updates. Even with the loss of a tenant, the effort to remedy and place someone leading up to the xmas period has been above and beyond expectations with a tenant locked in for the new year. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

Assisted me in negotiating the rental agreement and setting up things. And maintainrd firm communication even after the rental agreement was signed.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Jasmine as our property manager. She is professional, responsive, reliable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Any questions or concerns we’ve had have always been handled promptly and thoughtfully, making our rental experience smooth and stress-free. Jasmine truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and it’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her tenants. Her communication, attention to detail, and willingness to help whenever needed have made such a positive difference. Our property was on the market for less than 24 hours and was leased! That’s what you call exceptional service! We highly recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring property manager. We’re very grateful for everything she has done and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Working with the team was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their responsiveness was standout—every question, email, or late-afternoon call was addressed almost immediately, often with comprehensive answers before I even thought to ask follow-up questions. What truly impressed me was their deep market knowledge. They didn't just share general trends; they provided detailed insights on micro-market conditions, pricing strategies, and local inventory that helped us make highly informed decisions. What made them stand out above the rest was their proactive attitude and attention to detail. Rather than just reacting to our requests, they anticipated potential challenges ahead of time and guided us through every step of the process with clarity and genuine care. Highly recommended!
