They were quick to keep me in the loop regarding viewing times and were very honest about the property they were showing me. They were very quick to have all the paperwork sorted and am glad they were so helpful in this new chapter in my life.

The process of applying for the rental property was not an easy one but Harcourts Exclusive were very helpful during the process and kept us informed throughout the whole process. They consistently followed up with the landlord to obtain an approval for us and were quick to give us the outcome.

Hands down the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Rhett was exceptional and most professional in every aspect of his interactions with me. He was extremely pro-active in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I called him of an afternoon and to my surprise he offered to meet me at the address that evening which was just too quick for me to accommodate. We met the at the address the next morning (he offered to grab me a coffee) and by that afternoon he was back taking photographs of the property after helping me undertake a last minute clean up. My property was listed for lease by that evening. WOW! A genuine and MOST informed managing agent. Hats off also to the rest of the team (Julie and Dariya who I have so far dealt with).
