We cannot recommend Natalie enough!
As first home buyers we honestly had no idea what to expect from the mortgage process but Natalie made the whole thing feel so easy. From the very first conversation she was so down to earth and approachable and you could just tell she genuinely wanted to help us get there.
What really stood out was that Natalie never made us feel like just another client. She took the time to actually understand our situation and tailored everything around us rather than giving us a one size fits all approach. Every step felt like it was put together with our specific circumstances in mind and that made such a big difference to how comfortable and confident we felt throughout.
No question was ever too big or too small and Natalie was always there when we needed her. She took the time to walk us through everything in a way that actually made sense for us personally.
We did hit a few hiccups along the way that were completely out of our control and at times it felt a little overwhelming. But every single time something came up Natalie was straight onto it. She always reassured us with such confidence and calmness that we could just take a breath and trust the process. We never felt like we were in the dark and always knew she had everything under control.
We are now proud first homeowners and we honestly could not have done it without Natalie. We cannot recommend her enough!
