We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from Emerence at Crowne Realty! Emerence is absolutely fantastic. Her communication is always excellent, she's proactive, hardworking and goes above and beyond to secure quality tenants for our investment properties. She genuinely cares about ensuring our properties are well looked after and always keeps us informed throughout the process. It's such a relief knowing our investments are in such capable hands. We really appreciate her dedication, professionalism and genuine care. We couldn't recommend Emerence and the team at Crowne Realty highly enough!

We’ve been delighted with the service from Emerence and Rebecca and also Tracy. They have been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive, with excellent communication and helpful advice throughout the process. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and we’ve never felt that any question is a bother. Very good market knowledge and they found us a tenant very quickly. We couldn’t be happier with their service so far. A lovely office and a very professional team. Highly recommend!

I have been extremely impressed with the level of service, professionalism and genuine care shown by Crowne Real Estate Ipswich, particularly Emerence, who recently secured a tenant for my investment property in Hillcrest. Emerence was fantastic throughout the entire process — responsive, knowledgeable, proactive and always keeping me informed. What really stands out, however, is that this isn't just a one-off experience; the team continues to provide exceptional ongoing support and management across all of my investment properties held with them. I have complete confidence knowing my properties are being looked after properly and that any issues or questions are dealt with promptly and professionally. Emerence in particular has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, and her communication and commitment to achieving the best outcome for me as a landlord have been outstanding. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Crowne Real Estate Ipswich and Emerence to anyone looking for a property management team they can genuinely trust.
