Amanda was there, onsite, at the premises, when I showed up for the inspection. She didn’t leave it to a junior but was interested in the property and prospective tenants from the first day. With her encouragement, I got my application in early and she followed up with the owner when I was considering other places. She left me a message as soon as it was approved, which was exactly the reassurance I needed. The inspection report was a breeze and she followed up with my few questions without a drama. Thrilled to be here and in this place. No hesitation recommending them as a tenant, or an owner.

We’ve had an exceptional experience with our property manager. He’s incredibly friendly, professional and always quick to respond whenever we need anything. His communication is fantastic, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He’s genuinely approachable, reliable and a pleasure to deal with.
