Professional and communicative from start to finish
Bishnu and his team were extremely professional throughout the entire mortgage process. He took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I understood my options before moving forward. What stood out most was his communication — he kept me updated regularly, responded promptly to questions, and never left me wondering where things stood. He was easy to reach, patient with my queries, and handled everything with a high level of care and diligence. I'd happily recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who genuinely guides you through the process rather than just processing paperwork.
