Our experience with Xceed has been great so far. From the inspection date through to moving-in day, we’ve been kept up to date and well informed by our leasing consultant, Rimi, and property manager, Taryn. Any questions or requests we’ve had have been attended to within two business days, which we really appreciate. Unfortunately, we had to dock a star as one of the main office’s reception staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. Thank you once again to the team at Xceed for making the process so smooth and easy.

31/8/26. It was my first time going on an inspection and applying through RW Urban Springs and it was, as my title suggest, a seamless one. The details provided online were clear and complete, and as what was inspected on site. There were handy, informational printouts available and the agent, Bonnie was friendly, professional and ready to answer queries. The application process was thorough and when further documents were required, followup email and calls were made, and sorted immediately. From the perspective of a prospect and now tenant, the team at Urban Springs made everything as straight forward and clear as possible, and made an otherwise stressful experience comfortable and hassle-free.
